Join us at Vancouver Mandarin School for “Little Foodies: Caffeine-Free Boba Milk Tea” on February 12, 2027, for a delicious adventure with a playful twist! Children will explore Mandarin through hands-on preparation, teamwork, and creative activities while learning to measure, mix, and assemble their own caffeine-free boba milk tea (无咖啡因珍珠奶茶). From discovering ingredients to describing flavours, this engaging experience builds language skills, curiosity, and confidence as children create their own special drinks.

• Registration and payment Full payment is required when booking. Please provide complete registration information for each child. Camp dates are subject to minimum enrollment. • Packages and date reservations Three-day and six-day packages apply to the advertised 2026–2027 Little Foodies camp dates. Purchasing a package does not automatically reserve dates; please book each session separately, subject to availability. One credit covers one child attending one camp day. Discounts cannot be combined. • Cancellations and changes Please email admin@vancouvermandarinschool.com with your child’s name and the affected camp date. For cancellations received at least seven days before the session starts, 90% of the amount paid for that day will be refunded to the original payment method, and the remaining 10% will become VMS credit. For cancellations received less than seven days before the session, including same-day cancellations, no cash refund is provided; the amount paid for that day will become VMS credit. For package bookings, refunds and credits are calculated using the discounted amount paid per day. Date changes are subject to availability and these cancellation terms. • Credits Cancellation credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued and may be used toward future VMS activities. Credits may be transferred to another family by contacting our office. • Cancellations by VMS If VMS cancels a camp date, including due to insufficient enrollment, the full amount paid for the affected day will be refunded. • Health, safety and pickup Please disclose allergies, dietary requirements and relevant medical information before camp. Children may be collected only by authorized adults. Pickup is at 3:30 PM unless extended care has been confirmed. Any off-site outings will be communicated in advance and require parental consent. This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
