Private lessons: Flexible with at least 24 hours’ notice. Without notice, the lesson will be deducted.

Small group lessons: Classes continue as scheduled even if one student is absent. Recordings will be provided, but credits are still deducted.

No refunds once a group class has started.

Absence communication: Please email (cc: info@vancouvermandarinschool.com) or send a private message to your instructor. Do not post absence requests in the group chat.
